- Your email address and phone number
- The state where the accident occurred

We do not ask for, and you should not submit, your Social Security number, financial account details, medical records, or government identification through this site.

4. Advertising and Analytics
This site uses the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Google Tag Manager to measure advertising performance and to build audiences for future advertising. These tools may set cookies and receive information about your visit, including a hashed version of the contact details you submit, so that a conversion can be attributed to the ad you clicked. You can opt out of interest-based advertising through optout.aboutads.info or your device’s ad settings.
5. How We Use Your Information
- To generate your estimate and deliver your free case review
- To contact you by phone, SMS, and email about your accident and potential legal representation

- To measure and improve our advertising and this website
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms
6. Who We Share It With
We share the information you submit with participating attorneys and law firms who may contact you about representation, and with service providers who operate our systems on our behalf, such as our CRM and hosting providers. These providers may use your information only to perform services for us.
We do not sell your personal information. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
7. Text Messaging
If you provide your phone number you may receive SMS messages about your case review. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Opting out of SMS does not remove you from phone or email contact; to stop those, contact us directly.
8. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as needed to provide the service, and afterwards as required for legal, tax, and recordkeeping purposes. Marketing records are retained until you ask us to delete them.
9. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, to opt out of its sale or sharing (we do not sell it), and to be free from discrimination for exercising these rights. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We will verify your identity before acting on a request.

This site is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Security
Information is transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored with providers that maintain industry-standard safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
